I know I say this about a lot of places, but St Blane's on the Isle of Bute is one of the most atmospheric places I've ever been to! Located at the far south of Bute, St Blane's is isolated up a small track, nestled in a little hollow. Once you reach the clearing, the size of the basin hits you.
