UPND SCOOPS KASHIWA WARD The United Party for National Development -UPND- has scooped the Kashiba Ward Local Government by-election after its candidate, ABOB MUMBA, polled 973 votes. National Congress Party -NCP- candidate CORNELIUS CHISALIMA came second with 262 votes, while Socialist Party -SP- candidate MULILO SOBALA obtained 161 votes.
