Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman departed Sunday's game against the Milwaukee Brewers after he was hit in the left wrist by a pitch from left-hander Jose Quintana in the bottom of the sixth inning.

Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman exited Sunday’s 6-5 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers after being hit by a pitch on his left wrist in the sixth inning. Manager Dave Roberts said Freeman is day to day with a left wrist contusion.

Freddie Freeman has been a pivotal point to the Los Angeles Dodgers since signing with the team on a six-year, $162 million deal with the team in 2022.
