The first two games of the series against the Dartmouth Big Green (0-3) were tight, one-run wins for the No. 16 Texas Longhorns (5-1). Both wins came down in dramatic fashion, as the Longhorns staved off late rallies and nailed down the victories.

Texas will go for a series sweep against Dartmouth. Last year, Texas swept just two opponents: Cal Poly and Kansas.

Texas basketball made the SEC’s worst team look like a Final Four contender on Saturday. The Longhorns played stagnant and uninspired offense and failed to corral South Carolina star Collin Murray-Boyles in an 84-69 loss to the Gamecocks at Colonial Life Arena.
