The PM responded after Russian tyrant Vladimir Putin approved a new nuclear doctrine as fears of a third worldwide conflict escalate. Asked how worried he is, he said Putin cannot be allowed to win.

Sir Keir Starmer ignored Vladimir Putin’s threats of nuclear war by insisting Ukraine must be given “what it needs” to defeat Russia. The Prime Minister told the Kremlin the “quickest way to end this conflict” is to withdraw their troops from Europe’s biggest land war since 1945.

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday approved an updated nuclear doctrine, saying that Russia could consider using nuclear weapons if it was subject to a conventional missile assault on it supported by a nuclear power.
