LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Little Rock Police Department is investigating a deadly Monday night shooting. Authorities said officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 2400 block of Pulaski Street at 5:15 p.m. When they arrived, officers said they found a man dead from an apparent gunshot wound inside of the vehicle.
