For Gmail, a label-level transfer is best performed through Thunderbird. My suggestion is to set up both your email addresses as IMAP accounts in Thunderbird, copy/drag the leftover messages from the source to the destination account and resolve the issue.

How can I automatically "move" labeled emails into their label folder? I've managed to successfully create a label, and a filter that would automatically label any incoming emails as that label. But I still have to manually select all of these emails and move them myself to that label, so that they disappear from my "Inbox", and into that "label".
